Terms & Conditions
All use of this website is subject to the terms and conditions set out below. By entering and using this site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions and that you agree to be bound by them.
Make Them Behave has carefully prepared the content of this website. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not represent or warrant the accuracy or reliability of any of the information or content contained on, distributed through, or linked, downloaded or accessed from this website.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, Make Them Behave hereby excludes liability for any claims, losses, demands or damages of any kind whatsoever with respect to the content including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses or damages, whether arising from loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of use or otherwise, and whether or not the possibility of such loss has been notified to us. This will apply whether such claims, loss or damages arise in tort, contract, negligence, under statute or otherwise. However, your statutory rights are not affected.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Subscriptions
Your subscription fee is payable in advance and is non-refundable; in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the level of support provided by Make Them Behave please email us at enquiries@makethembehave.co.uk or refer to our code of practice (via the SEC on our Links page). Make Them Behave however, reserves the right to cancel subscriptions at any time. In instances such as these the recipient will be refunded for all full months remaining on their subscription by form of a cheque.
We offer two levels of support the content and price of which are clearly indicated on our subscriptions page. Be aware that if you have selected support level two, you must state your user name in the subject line of your email(s) in order for them to be answered. If you wish to upgrade to support level two, you must pay for a new subscription in full and Make Them Behave will refund you the difference in the form of a cheque once the money has been received; all refunds will be made in British pounds only.
All website information will be updated periodically for all levels of support available.
Emails will be answered as quickly as possible but please be aware that at times it could take a number of days for us to respond; be considerate to others by only sending through one query at a time and be aware that strategies offered to you will need to be trialled for a set amount of time before further guidance can or will be given.
Please note that we will also only respond to emails sent through from one email address per subscription so emails sent from a second address will not be answered.
E-mail transmission cannot be guaranteed to be secure or error-free as information could be intercepted, corrupted, lost, destroyed, arrive late or incomplete, or contain viruses. Therefore, Make Them Behave does not accept liability for any errors or omissions in the contents of their messages, which arise as a result of e-mail transmission
We strive to provide you with specific advice for improving behaviour, relevant to the youngsters you teach, however, you are expected to work according to the ethos of your school at all times.
You should be aware that occasionally Make Them Behave will refer you to other professionals for advice and support, either within your own school or outside agencies. We recognise that at times, these people will be more qualified to advise you than we will and we are committed to providing you with the best support possible for the duration of your time working with us.
At no time do we accept responsibility for the advice or guidance they give you and you are bound to familiarise yourself with their terms and conditions / code of practice when working with them. This includes Alex Holmes who is only a friend of Make Them Behave and not an employee.
Make Them Behave will not discuss the specifics of your enquiries with any other party without your full permission.
